The purpose of this document is to provide guidance on problems that may be encountered with the Virtual Reality Equipment and Room. | Can I wear prescription glasses whilst using the headset? |

| The VR video stream is lagging or stuttering. | Ensure that the VIVE wireless sensor has a clear view of the headset. Check the signal strength in VIVE Wireless, indicated by the connection bars. Close all applications and restart VIVE Wireless. |
