Roles and Responsibilities
We recommend the following roles which include responsibilities for organizational and operational tasks. These roles enable us to communicate and organize the process of installation in the most efficient way to you as the customer. Furthermore, this structure will also be applied with regards to use of the training with our trainer-trainee concept which is detailed below.

Before installing our DeepTraining it is important to think about how to allow the training participants to apply new knowledge and skills in their daily working processes.
The job profiles of the users should therefore be assessed to ensure that the users being selected to take part meet the necessary requirements.
Are the participants able to apply learned lessons regarding Innerspace roles and responsibilities?
Do the participants have the necessary resources that are required for appliance of new knowledge and skills? For example: budget, information, tools and materials
- Are the participants allowed to apply learnt lessons frequently and in depth in their work environment?
The chosen participants need sufficient time and capacities in their daily work routine to apply the learnt lessons and to enable Innerspace to support the process of application.
Does the participants work routine and time schedule allow them to practice in their the job tasks the skills they have learned in the training?
Do participants know that the time spent in training is only part of the learning process and that practising, trying things out, making mistakes and self reflection takes time at the workplace?
Do the participants allow sufficient time for trial and error, practice and self reflection in their everyday work?
Can the participants be allowed to make mistakes when trying out and practising or to make slower progress at the beginning?
Transfer Expectations in the Company
The company expectations regarding the application of the training in the everyday work environment have to be set with desirable objectives. This consideration includes different factors which support a successful installation and usage of the DeepTraining.
Does the company signal and communicate convincingly that only the successful implementation of what has been learnt and the business impact is the completion point of every training?
Will the application of what has been learnt be expected, checked and evaluated in the company?
Is it noticed in the company when the participants apply, or fail to apply, what they have learnt in the training?
Through our experience as a DeepTraining company we have evaluated the most efficient training concepts regarding our applications and reached the conclusion that a concept which includes a relationship between a trainer and a trainee fulfills our customers requirements in the best possible way. Therefore the trainer and trainee are proceeding with the training in a one on one relationship which enables the trainer to fully concentrate on the needs of the trainee and to ensure an efficient and successful training session. In the training environment, a trainer is defined as the person operating the DeepTraining workstation and the trainee is the person who is experiencing the virtual reality training.
